Nigel Brown: Icon

NigelBrown2.JPG

Nigel Brown uses everyday New Zealand objects in his work to explore issues about identity and politics. A big focus for Brown is our relationship with the natural environment. His work can be personal and confrontational.

In this exhibition we will look closer at some symbols and objects in Brown’s work and explain why he may have used them.

An educational hands-on activity programme based upon this exhibition will be provided in the wonderlab.
