Kermadec - Lines In The Ocean
Nine artists explore the South Pacific
In May 2011 the Kermadec Initiative of the Pew Environment Group invited nine artists to join them on a voyage through the Kermadec region of New Zealand through to Tonga. This is an exhibition of artworks produced as a celebration of this region – which will become an Ocean Sanctuary of 620,000 square kilometres in 2016.
(Featuring: Dame Robin White, John Pule, Elizabeth Thomson, Gregory O’Brien, Bruce Foster, Phil Dadson, John Reynolds, Jason O’Hara and Fiona Hall)
